Team Sponsors must also be submitted by the Coaches Meeting. All teams MUST have a $250 sponsor. Please submit the following information to [email protected] before 8/12:

+ Head Coach
+ Division
+ Sponsor Contact: Name, Phone Number & Email
+ Company Name
+ Payment Format: Pay Online in WNSL Account, Square Invoice, Check Mailed to WNSL PO Box

Each Head Coach must complete a background check. New coaches, please Click here to complete the background check form. If you have coached in a previous season, please only complete a new form if your information has changed.
