Fall Coaches Meetings

Flag Football

Please plan to attend the meeting on August 14th at 6:30PM in the Community Room of Harpeth Hills Church of Christ. All teams must have a representative present. Rosters will be finalized, practice time selection, scheduling information reviewed, rules review, flags given out, etc.

Team Sponsors

All teams must have a team sponsor. Please submit this information to [email protected] no later than August 11th. Teams who have completed their sponsorship information in full will select practice times first in the Coaches Meeting. When submitting the sponsor please outline the following information: 1. Head Coach Name, 2. Division, 3. Sponsor Company Name and contact information, 4. Sponsor logo in black and white JPG format.

Baseball

Please plan to attend the meeting on August 15th at 6:30PM in the Community Room of Harpeth Hills Church of Christ.
All teams must have a representative present. Rosters will be finalized, practice time selection, team name confirmation, scheduling requests/information, rules reviewed, etc.
