2025 SPRING SOFTBALL

END OF SEASON TOURNAMENT INFO

6U - Regular Season Games through May 17

8U, 10U, 12U - Double Elimination Tournament begins May 10 and ends May 17 (expect to play on most days during the week of May 10-17)

If weather becomes a factor, the tournaments will turn into single elimination tournaments to get hem completed on time.

Any team opting out of the Tournaments please notify [email protected] before May 1, 2025.

2025 FALL SOFTBALL

Season Dates: August 9th - September 27th (Regular Season)

End of Season Tournament: Oct. 4 - Oct. 11 OR Oct. 18th (depending on length of tournament)
**No games played August 30th - Labor Day Weekend**

Players: 4 Year Olds - 14 Year Olds
Players should register for their spring division based on the player's age on January 1, 2026

Location: All Games will be played at Green Hills Park

Practices: Teams will practice at Green Hills Park or Harpeth Hills Church of Christ

UNIFORMS
Fall Players receive a WNSL Fall Softball Jersey Top

COACH MEETING
The coach meeting will take place on 7/14. Time and location TBD

My Team Has a Conflict with our Scheduled Game ...What Do I Do?

Conflicts happen! If your team is not able to make your scheduled game and would like to swap your game time, follow these steps:

-View the division schedule at TeamLinkt.com and identify teams playing in times that may work for your team.
-Go to wnsl.org and log into your account. Once logged in, go to the Team Rosters Tab. You will be able to view coach emails.
-Reach out to the team you would like to swap with to see if that swap will work for their team.
-If yes, please have the HEAD Coach inform the league (Copy [email protected] & [email protected]) that you have made the swap and we will update the schedule online.
-If you are not able to find a swap that works for your team, please reach out to the league as soon as possible to let us know you may need to forfeit. Please do NOT cancel your game with the other coach on your own.

Each Head Coach must complete a background check. New coaches, please Click here to complete the background check form. If you have coached in a previous season, please only complete a new form if your information has changed.

2025 Fall Softball

The Fall Softball season is a more relaxed season than the Spring. Players are encouraged to play in the division they will "rise" to for the Spring 2026 season. Age will be based on the player's age on January 1, 2026.
