2026 Spring Baseball
Season Dates: March 21 - May 17
Games on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
*No Games Easter Weekend, Mother's Day*

Players: Age 3 - 12
3/4 year olds Wookies - TBall
5/6 year olds Wookies - TBall/Coach Pitch Hybrid
7/8 year olds Rookies - Machine Pitch and/or Coach Pitch
9/10 year olds Minors - Player Pitch
11/12 year olds Majors - Player Pitch

Games: 3 - 8 Year Olds at Harpeth Hills Church of Christ
9 - 12 Year Olds at Edwin Warner Park

Practices: Teams will be scheduled one practice time per week at Harpeth Hills Church of Christ, Forrest Hills UMC, or Edwin Warner Park

Registration Deadline February 13th

Uniforms
Hat, Jersey, Pants, Socks, Belt provided

Coach Meeting:
Coach Meeting for Wookies - Majors Baseball Tentatively 2/19. Time and Location TBD

2026 Prep Baseball
Season Dates: Late April - June

Players: Age 13 - 18

Games: Home Games at Edwin Warner Park; Away Games at other area Parks

Practices: Teams will be scheduled one practice time per week at Edwin Warner Park

Registration Deadline April 1st

Coach Corner

My Team Has a Conflict with our Scheduled Game ...What Do I Do?

Conflicts happen! If your team is not able to make your scheduled game and would like to swap your game time, follow these steps:

-View the division schedule at TeamLinkt.com and identify teams playing in times that may work for your team.
-Go to wnsl.org and log into your account. Once logged in, go to the Team Rosters Tab. You will be able to view coach emails.
-Reach out to the team you would like to swap with to see if that swap will work for their team.
-If yes, please have the HEAD Coach inform the league (Copy [email protected] & [email protected]) that you have made the swap and we will update the schedule online.
-If you are not able to find a swap that works for your team, please reach out to the league as soon as possible to let us know you may need to forfeit. Please do NOT cancel your game with the other coach on your own.
