As we navigate our way through these unchartered waters we find ourselves missing our players and families more than ever. At a time when our ball fields are typically packed with the sounds of children laughing, families gathering around a picnic table for a burger and fries after a game, the sounds of baseballs pinging off a bat into deep center field; our fields stand silent.
While we prepare to change the way youth sports is played, we find our league in need of additional items to create this safer environment, but with the loss of revenue and sponsorships during this challenging time we are asking for your help to supply these items.
On Tuesday, May 5th we hope that if you have the ability you will participate in #GivingTuesdayNow and donate to WNSL. Your donations will help provide PPE for all staff members once we are cleared to play, additional cleaning products for the increased cleaning measures that will be taken, and more. Every dollar given WILL make a difference!
